For full-service wedding floral + décor, our typical minimum starts at $6000 (varies by season, venue access, and scale). This reflects custom design, onsite setup/takedown, and logistics common to Bay Area venues.
Most couples reserve 6–12 months ahead. Prime spring/fall weekends go first; corporate and social events book 1–4 months out. (Rush slots may be available; rush fees can apply.)
Your proposal is built item-by-item (florals, rentals, custom builds, delivery/setup/takedown). Delivery/takedown depends on order size, distance, timing, and access—mirroring how Bay Area rental companies price logistics.

We begin with your mood board, color palette, guest count, and floor plan. You’ll receive a customized mockup + estimate, then revisions until it’s right.

Fresh brings fragrance and movement; faux is great for large backdrops, weather-proofing, or budget control. Many Bay Area couples blend both.
We honor your palette and style and substitute comparable blooms as needed due to seasonality or supply. (Bay Area florists commonly note substitution flexibility.)
Yes—full-service delivery, setup, and takedown across the Bay Area, including before/after-hours windows when arranged in advance. Access constraints (elevators, stairs, loading zones) and off-hour pickups affect the fee—aligned with regional rental policies.
For certain distances and event times, we require a delivery minimum. Select décor items may be eligible for will-call/pickup when appropriate.
Most orders cover event-day use with next-day takedown; weekend events may include a multi-day window. After-hours or same-night takedown can be added.
Responsibility passes to the client once items are delivered and until we return for strike; missing/damaged items are billed per industry standard (you’ll receive a list if anything is outstanding).
Yes. We offer “take-home” floral arrangements that are intentionally designed for easy gifting. These pieces are created in individual vessels, sized appropriately, and prepared for clean removal at the end of the event. Simply request this option during your consultation so we can incorporate it into your proposal.
